    HOW LONG DOES STANDARD SHIPPING TAKE? 

    Standard shipping for orders within the US takes 2-5 business days to arrive after the date your order was placed. Most domestic orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail. 

    Orders within the DMV Area: Takes about 1-2 Business days

    Orders within the East Coast: Takes about 2-4 Business Days

    Orders within Midwest, South & West Coast: 2-5 Business Days 

    DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & HOW MUCH IS IT?

    We do offer international shipping and your shipping price will be determined online by the weight of your order and the shipping destination. After the "Shipping Address" page, you’ll see price for your order.

    WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

    When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email or SMS. 

    DO YOU OFFER RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

    We do not currently offer returns or exchanges. 

    HOW LONG DO RESTOCKS TAKE?

    There are several factors that can affect when an item is restocked.

    The best way to check to see whether an item is restocked is to regularly check back on our website or to contact us!

    CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

    If you have to change our order for whatever reason, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. 

    We will try our best to accommodate changes; however, it is not guaranteed. No changes will be made after 1 hour of placing your order. 

    Please double-check all sizes, colors, and styles on your order before you hit the “Submit” button.

    WHY DID I RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTIFYING ME THAT MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED?

    While we do our best to ensure that our inventory is accurate, sometimes mistakes happen, and we have to cancel items that have sold out. If an item is not available from an order for whatever reason, you will receive an email from us.

    SHIPPING TIME 

    • Our current processing time is 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard shipping takes 2-5 business days to deliver for nationwide orders and 5-15 business days for international orders.
    • Orders placed after 12:00pm EST, on weekends or on holidays will ship the following business day.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    • We offer international shipping and the average shipping time 5-15 business days (depending on location)
    • Please note that you are responsible for any country-specific taxes and duties, charged by your government to the purchasing party for importing items.
    ORDER STATUS
    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or text message with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through carrier tracking services.

    • All products purchased from the site are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by LooLous. Title to products purchased on the site, as well as the risk of loss for such products, pass to you when LooLous delivers these items to the carrier. 

    • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please our customer service team by emailing info@loolous.com

     

    INCORRECT ADDRESS

    • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked "unclaimed" or “return to sender,” or has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the carrier, we will notify you by email. 
    • The original shipping will not be refunded on RTS (return to sender) packages.
    • Customers are responsible for any RTS (return to sender) fee that is incurred if the address is provided incorrectly.
    • Once we receive the package back from the carrier, our option is to either reship the package or refund the subtotal of your order minus the RTS (return to sender) fee.
    • If you select to have the package reshipped you will need to pay the RTS(return to sender fee) and a shipping fee.
    • If you select to have the order refunded that will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back in our facility.
    To ensure this does not happen, please make sure you provide the correct address at checkout. We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or is sent back for insufficient address
