We hope you love everything you order, but in case you have any issues, you may request a return purchased on loolous.com within 7 days from the date of shipment. All SALE styles and orders outside of the U.S. are final sale. 

ONLINE PURCHASE: 

RETURN DETAILS

  • The returns must be in original packaging, unused (unworn, unwashed, un-altered).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If your item was purchased during a free shipping promotion or shipped for free, the standard shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
  • At this time, we are unable to exchange items. Please place a new order on the website for a different size, color or product.

INSUFFICIENT ADDRESSES

  • Orders returned due to insufficient addresses are treated as returns if we are unable to get corrected shipping information. We will refund the cost of the items minus the original shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges to reship the order if an insufficient or incorrect address is provided during checkout.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

REFUND PROCESSING

Returns are processed end of week on Fridays within 7 business days after items are received and reviewed. Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.
