We hope you are pleased with your purchase! If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, full-priced items purchased on loolous.com may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

All sale items and all orders shipped outside of the United States are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Online Purchases | Return Details

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Full-priced

• In original packaging

• Unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

A $5 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size, color, or product, please place a new order on our website.

Insufficient or Incorrect Addresses

Orders returned due to insufficient or incorrect address information will be treated as returns if we are unable to obtain corrected shipping details. In such cases, the cost of the items will be refunded minus the original shipping charges.

If reshipment is requested, the customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs. Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are refused or deemed undeliverable will be processed as returns. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the items minus the original shipping charges. Customers are responsible for shipping costs if reshipment is requested.

Refund Processing

Returns are reviewed and processed weekly on Fridays, within 7 business days of receipt. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund.
